The older I get, the better I like it.”, without any doubts, I can say that this quote describes me perfectly because I totally adore wines, especially the red ones. They are my specialty! So, today I want to talk about the exquisite Australian Tim Adams wines. I can literally describe each of their wines with one word – magnificent!
Established in 1984 by Tim and Pam Adams along with partners Bill and Jill Wray, Tim Adams Wines is located in Clare Valley. They begin this business with the idea to craft wines and oak casks, but it was unsuccessful because of the company's shortage in grape. And just like the old saying goes “A friend in need is a friend indeed” a good friend helped them and provided 10 tonnes of Shiraz to Tim Adams. The winery released its first wines in 1986 under the name of ‘Adams and Wray’ label, however, the whole Tim and Pam – Bill and Jill partnership ended in 1987.
This didn't affect Adams family desire to grow and be successful, so in a short period of time they rise from the ashes and continue to aim for the best, while achieving their goals. It was the same year when they bought the winery and were blessed with their bundle of joy, their cute daughter.
After a while, cellar door was opened, first grapes were crushed on the site, and this was the key moment when their business started to grow as fast as possible and became better year after year.

Nowadays, Tim Adams is one of the best wineries in the region that is internationally well-known. Each bottle of Tim Adams wine is recognized by its real elegance and class. In fact, Tim Adams winery is now a major contract winemaking facility for the region and exports its exquisite wines to the UK, Sweden, Netherlands, Russia, China Hong Kong and NZ. One of the most delightful and mouth-watering wines that come from this fabulous winery are: Tim Adams Semillon, Tim Adams 2015 Riesling, Tim Adams 2012 Aberfeldy Shiraz, Tim Admas Shiraz 2012, Tim Adams 2010 Reserve Riesling, Tim Adams 2010 Cabernet Malbec, Tim Adams 2008 Reserve Tempranillo and Tim Adams 2013 The Fergus.
